Damswood pride themselves in the high standard of care they give to their animals and in the quality of service to their customers. Until sold ,every animal is treated as their own pet.

No animal is homed unless Damswood feel that the new owners have all the necessary information they will need to care for it, and the shop stocks books and care sheets for every species that they sell.

Once the animal has gone to their new home, Adrian and Greg love to be kept informed of their progress.
